		<description>Those look yummy! I can&#039;t eat canned chicken but I can stomach canned tuna if it hasn&#039;t been sitting around for a while. I generally have to eat it as soon as I bought it. When I make chicken salad I go with a store bought rotisserie chicken like Helena suggested. Always works great.</description>

		<description>Another alternative--I&#039;d say halfway between homemade and canned--is to get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. That&#039;s worked well for us in the past.
