		<description>I like this idea. I used foam board instead of cork board and I used double sticky tape I made them for my grandaughters. I give them jewelry and find it on their floor or in a mess on their chest of drawers because they do not have  a box big enough to keep all the little girls necklaces and bangles sorted. Thanks again.</description>

With the issue of post earings you could substitute the lower band/ribbon for an elasticated one? this way you could easily attach the post earings. Attaching a vertical piece of ribbon on the side is good too.
