Sarah, I LOVE those fried onions in a can… I really REALLY like the casserole with those on top, but this recipe is good too.

Meg, that’s so cute about your nicknames. Green beans are so great… I used to bring fresh raw green beans in my lunches in elementary school.

Buffy, why try not to eat these things? They are yum!

I LOVE green bean casserole! When I was a baby, I loved green beans so much that they called me bean. I called my dad “daddy green bean.” Well, you get the picture! My love affair with anything green bean is still strong. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Sebastian makes the green bean casserole on the back of the fried onions can every year for Thanksgiving, and I admit that I love it, but I think the addition of Ritz crackers is genius!
