Breakfast Burritos with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

This was back in Milton, not in the hotel room… though we have all of the ingredients and if we wanted to re-create it here, we certainly could!

It’s pretty self-explanatory… the secret in its deliciousness is that I discovered a new way to make scrambled eggs. They’re fluffy and smooth and creamy … perfect every time! Maybe I’ll figure out a way to do a tutorial for that soonish.

Anyway, warmed-up tortilla (I used a spinach wrap) + scrambled eggs + cheddar cheese = Yum

Yum + Frank’s = Yum^Amazing

yummy breakfast

So… to repeat. Dip in Frank’s, bite… dip, bite.

You know what, I've saved about a dozen pages of recipes from your blog, everything looks so delicious! And you make it all sound simple. ;)

I was wondering if the scrambled eggs post ever happened — tried searching, to no avail. Spill the secret please! =D

    Nix, you have good taste!

Mary, I will when we get settled into our house! They’re super easy and learning this technique really opened my eyes to a whole new world of scrambled eggs! Before, mine always turned out somewhat like cut-up omelettes. weird.
Thanks for letting me know that you and your husband like my recipes! That always makes me smile. :)

Oh you must do a tutorial on those eggs. I can never get mine fluffy like my favorite deli does!

And I have tried a few of your recipes. They’re tasty, and my husband (the picky eater) likes them too.
