My Grandaddy grew up in Arkansas and insisted that my "Northern" Grandmother learn these dumplings. Turkey soup with "southern dumplings" are my Dad's favorite meal.
Mmmm...Now I think I need to make some.

Ahhh, so simple, yet so delicious. I, too, made turkey leftover soup, only with whole wheat rotini (do not recommend, ok, but not so good) and with a bunch of Bell's seasoning in it. Yummy.

Hope you feel better today!
