I added a crap-ton of the seasoning and still found this very bland and dry. Needed cheese and or sour cream to liven it up, which I'm pretty sure is against the whole point ;) Try some chili powder, too, to add some kick, and maybe stir in a little salsa, onion, and garlic to the actual meat to retain moisture and cook in flavor... other than that, I'm going to keep trying to reinvent this one until I feel satisfied with the turkey cop out :)

wow i just tried this and it was amazing :) The turkey flavor was enhanced with the contrasting cinnamon and cumin flavors. it was fast and super easy and such a great light meal. I buy ground turkey in bulk and divide it in freezer bags in 8 oz increments. this way I cook enough for dinner and lunch the next day all in one meal but dont cook too much so I get bored of it and have to have a bunch of left overs. it works great :) GREAT recipe idea

Ground Turkey skeeves me out when it isn't seasoned with distinctly savory things. I might like this more with very lean ground beef or ground lamb. Those would seem to go better with cinnamon or cumin to me. And I would have to add salt and pepper - everything needs salt and pepper.
