Random Meals = DeeeLicious!

This was one of those “What do I need to use up?” meals? The things I needed to use up this time were a third of a jar of garlicky alfredo sauce, some carrots that were starting to get bendy, and part of a head of cauliflower.

Random meal

It came together beautifully though! The pasta is just “Ruffles” shaped noodles to which I added cut-up carrots during the last 5 minutes or so of boiling. Drained it all, and then tossed with the alfredo sauce which I diluted with a little bit of milk in the jar (this also helps get the “last bits” because when you put the lid back on and shake it up to mix, it gets all the sauce off of the sides too).

The cauliflower was steamed and then sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning.

The chicken breasts were just cooked in a pan with Lawry’s seasoned salt and lemon pepper seasoning on both sides, and a tiny bit of olive oil.

Muy delicioso!
