		<description>Actually you picked that squash at the perfect time.  You don&#039;t want them to get much bigger because they get real seedy the bigger they get. Squash and zuchini are best picked when smaller.

I know you eat healthier than I do but try this if you haven&#039;t before.  Slice the squash, dip in milk (reg. or buttermilk is fine), coat in cornmeal, and fry in oil of choice.  I usually salt and pepper mine as they are frying, but you can do whatever works.

These are so good.  I save mine for last as dessert.</description>
