Guacamole Burgers with Squash “chips”

Quick post, not bogged down with too many words… just yum.

For the burgers…

  • Probably about 1.5ish pounds of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 2-3 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. onion powder

Mix it together, shape into patties of whatever size you’d like, and grill.

The guacamole was simple. Just mashed avocado, a splash of lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt.

And the squash and zucchini “chips” were sliced thinly, brushed with olive oil, and baked in the oven until the edges started to brown and crisp. Most of them weren’t very crispy but they sure were tasty!
