Steamed asparagus topped with a poached egg, all crowned with hollandaise sauce and black pepper.
Need I say more? (Maybe I do need to… maybe I should make an egg-poaching tutorial post?)
Check out that runny yolk… You can’t honestly tell me you’d prefer chicken fingers at Applebee’s, can you?
