Wow I just have to say that my family and I loved this recipe. It was so yummy and very fast and easy to do. I added a bit of garlic powder to the cauliflower (we love garlic) just to give it a little kick. I am making it again for dinner tonight. It’s for sure a keeper, Thanks!!

I don't think pulsing would have the same texture - you're right. But grating with the food processor shredding blade is 10x cleaner and faster than it would be to use a box grater.

You're welcome for sharing! See you around the 'net.

I can't believe you even tried the recipe, not liking either main ingredient!!! I'm so glad you did though, and that you enjoyed it!

I guess now you like pork chops and cauliflower... but only prepared certain ways. :)

I don't like pork chops and I'm not fond of cauliflower, but you managed to create a recipe that got me to clear my plate. I can't believe the pork chops came out so good and the cauliflower didn't taste like cauliflower! Thank you!

This looks so good. Gosh, your cauliflower rice even looks like rice. I'm going to try an dgrate it this time instead of pulsing it in the food processor. Thanks for sharing this recipe - you'll always come up with such good ones.

- maba

I hope you like it!! I can't claim credit for the cauliflower "rice" idea (it's all over the internet... I don't know who "invented" it) but I sure am glad I tried it out. It's a keeper! Like my husband said. :)
