I would like to take them to a church potluck, but not sure how I would transport skewers (9x13?) Plus, there are lots of children running around and the idea of skewer sticks...don't even want to think of boys and toddlers running with these! How do you think these would work as a salad? Just take them off the skewer and throw them in a bowl with the marinade as dressing? This looks wonderful!
