22 Weeks, a little late

This weekend I went to San Francisco with girlfriends, and got back late last night, so didn’t take my 22-week pictures until today. But here they are, along with my note to Baby Girl.

Does anyone have a pregnant-yoga DVD to recommend? I feel like I want to stretch and stuff, but the stretches I’m used to doing are hard/impossible to do with a big old belly! Gotta figure out a way to loosen up my muscles… extra bonus points if it’s available on Netflix Instant! Thanks in advance.

Yoga for Pregnancy, Labor & Childbirth. I never got around to actually using it but my midwife did approve it and thought it would be helpful. Also if you get a chance see if you can find “What babies want” and if your thinking about breastfeeding check out Breastfeeding Comprehensive DVD from the library.

The Perfect Pregnancy Workout Vol 1 by Karyne Steben is awesome! Don't be frightened because she looks so buff on the cover! It's actually a GREAT workout, not too long, and with different levels of strenuousness. I swear by it and so do tons of other women – check out the ratings.

I've been using prenatal yoga with Shiva Rea. It's got a great warm up, a floor work out, and a standing workout. I've been using it since my first trimester and am still able to use it as I enter my third trimester. It runs about $14 on amazon. I hope you find one that you like!

So pretty! My daughter just delivered a beautiful little girl, so watching you is sort of an extension on that. Beautiful top you are wearing. You look beautiful!

I already said this somewhere else ;) but you really look great!

I know it's not a yoga dvd but I got the Perfect Pregnancy Workout by Karyne Steben and it's great. A lot of bodyweight exercise and definitely some stretching in there.
