Hi,
I’m a Primal Blueprinter, and I wanted to let you know that I made this today! I ended up using pork ribs because my grocery store was out of beef, and I made it in the crock pot (on low for 8 hours.) It turned out so well! In the crock pot it needs less liquid, and be sure to mix the tomato paste with the other liquids thoroughly before you pour it in. Wonderful dish, and I am really enjoying looking through your other primal recipes!

mmmmm short ribs I assume you got those from your 1/4 beef? I think I asked for them but didn't get any with my order. That looks awesome though, and the sauce sounds delicious!

Looks yummmy!!! Now if only my hubby would eat short ribs… Me and the kids would love them tho. Thx for the idea, I will try it on other cuts of meat and see what happens.
