It’s finally here! – Joyful Abode’s Complete Recipe Index

So my readers (yes, that’s you, you lovely person) have been asking me for a LONG time now to make a recipe index. And I’ve put it off and put it off and put it off… and what do you know? The longer I put it off, the more work I have to do to make it, because new recipes are being added all the time! So it’s finally here, after hours and hours of grueling work. Over 200 recipes. I won’t say they’re all good (and I’m frankly embarrassed by a few of the older ones, but that shows how much I’ve grown!)– this is, of course, “Domesticity by Trial and Error.”

But a LOT of them are worthwhile, so you should definitely check it out and see what you’ve been missing.

I’ve made the decision to post them in reverse chronological order, because that will result in less shuffling when I need to add a new one (as opposed to an alphabetical listing, where a new entry would require me to move everything to open up a new spot).

I’ll be adding little “icons” next to the recipe links to indicate the vegetarian dishes and the grain-free ones, which will hopefully help y’all find what you’re looking for a bit easier. Also, it’s going to take me a while, but I will be creating sub-pages with categorized recipe indexes (appetizers, beef, poultry, breakfasts, etc.).

Why don’t you go check it out and let me know what you think? It’ll make me feel like all those hours to create it were worth it if I get some good feedback!

I came across your site yesterday as I was searching for a “primal” pancake recipe. WOW! The pancakes didn't turn out so yummy, but I the cheese crisps did! I made 3 different kinds. Fabulous! I had a beef stew in the crock pot all day today and added some of the cheese crisps to it when I served it. Delish! Awesome!

Woohoo! My strawberry jam is on there! I forgot about that. Maybe I can do another guest recipe sometime. I have a very popular-among-my-friends roasted potatoes method that I made up.

Love it!!!! (I have a couple of yours printed out that I didn't see in here though – Quick Chicken Pot Pie Soup, and a Bowtie Pasta Recipe that I can't find at the moment, but I remember it being really good)

hmm… not sure about the chicken pot pie thing but I can't believe I missed the bowtie ballet pasta! Thanks for that. I must not have had it categorized correctly – will have to find/add it.
