20 Chore Tuesday #5

Sorry I’m late getting this up! Last night my computer decided to crap out on me and not open the programs I needed for blogging… and when I went to reboot, it decided it needed to do a 6-part system update. (Related: I need a Mac.) So that didn’t happen.

Here’s my list for today.

Make:

  1. Anneliese’s dress for wedding (yeah, the fabric I ordered over 2 weeks ago is finally “out for delivery” today. OMG LAST MINUTE)
  2. September/October Calendar Squares
  3. Dinner (omelets and sausage!)
  4. Copies of my notes from the JO spouse detailer brief.

Deliver:

  1. Dog to dog-sitting friend
  2. Didymos wrap to wrap-sitting friend
  3. Calendar Squares to squadron calendar-friend
  4. Notes to fellow-JO-spouse friend

“Pick Up”/Put Away – Cleaning lady coming tomorrow!:

  1. Kitchen/Dining
  2. Living Room
  3. A’s Room
  4. My Bedroom
  5. Bathrooms
  6. Laundry Room

Other:

  1. BlogHer post (2 if possible)
  2. Arrange ModCloth exchanges/returns (and the dress I wanted to wear to my sister’s wedding?? Zipper broke. NOOOO. – just trying to zip it up, on the hanger, not on me or anything)
  3. Call condo and ask about a few things (extra blankets, stuff like that)
  4. Put vacation agenda into my phone’s calendar
  5. Fold all clean laundry
  6. Put away laundry

I was going to link up today, but got hit with a bad case of the pregnancy dizzies, and spent the day on the couch trying to not be dizzy…but my list would have looked like this:

    1. clean a pile of papers out of the office
    2. clean another pile of paper out of the office
    3. clean yet another pile of papers out of the office
    4. take a break and shred and recycle said papers
    etc. etc. etc.

Hi! I'm Emily. I'm a Navy wife and stay at home mom of two beautiful children. I cook simple, delicious, grain-free recipes, do crafts, decorate my home on a budget, and keep a happy household. I tandem breastfeed, babywear, cloth diaper, practice elimination communication, homebirth, and co-sleep, but I'm not a hippie.
