		<description>Those look yummy! I can't eat canned chicken but I can stomach canned tuna if it hasn't been sitting around for a while. I generally have to eat it as soon as I bought it. When I make chicken salad I go with a store bought rotisserie chicken like Helena suggested. Always works great.</description>

		<description>Another alternative--I'd say halfway between homemade and canned--is to get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. That's worked well for us in the past.
