I love crepes! This is a good recipe, but if you feel like boosting fiber try adding wheat germ. About a quarter cup should be enough and it adds a really awesome texture. I eat my crepes with apple butter and my husband digs strawberry preserves and a little maple syrup.

[...] We cut up the leftover chicken into little pieces, and put the chicken-and-rice mix inside of our leftover crepes. It was really really tasty. This entry was posted on Saturday, September 29th, 2007 at 9:40 am [...]

Mmm... homemade Italian food. Delicious! I think it's really fun to cook for people who enjoy it too. Though... cooking for really picky people and having them LIKE it is really rewarding.

Stormimay, the recipe for the crepes made 12. But 2 were ugly (wrinkled) so we ate them sans filling. hehe. So 10. I ate 1 and a half, and he ate 4 and a half. I don't know how many "normal" people would eat.
The filling filled all 6 crepes, and could've filled possibly 2 more (we had a little leftover).

So if you did 2 crepes each, maybe double the crepe recipe and triple the filling?

Yum. Can you give me an idea of how many servings this makes? Since it's just you and hubby, I thought maybe two but you had leftovers...
I have a family of 8, so I just wondering what to multiply this recipe by. Thanks!

Yeah, my husband would probably say either food or homemade Italian food. He loves my cooking, which makes me love to cook for him. It's way more fun to feed people who enjoy food than it is to feed picky people. :)
