I am not a huge pepper fan but this stuff is SO GOOD and surprisingly mild, so if it's the former, give it a try.

If it's the latter though, I'm not sure... I made a sun-dried tomato version once and put grated Parmesan cheese on the outside. It was really good, but totally different from this recipe...</description>
