My daughter (also 6) LOVES the book, just loves it. She couldn't wait until it was released (we had previously gotten The Dangerous Book For Boys for my son and she was upset that the girls book hadn't released yet LOL), and poured over it once it arrived. Both books are absolute GEMS! I love the kit you put together! It's PERFECT! :D YES! My daughter (also 6) LOVES the book, just loves it.

I flipped through that book at Barnes & Noble a while ago and marveled at how much it might have appealed to me as a girl. (All right, all right, it's still pretty appealing now, though with more of a nostalgic air to it.) Including the kit was inspired; the wheels are turning in my head for gift possibilities when we acquire a couple of adorable twin step-nieces later this year. What a great idea!
