Here's a couple ideas to add to it: Leave a clean cup in the bathroom or bedroom for the guest to get water at night. Leave a couple magazines in the guest room for reading. Make sure there is a trash can in the bathroom and that it has a garbage bag in it. Provide a map or brochure about things to do in the area if the guest will be exploring without you. Great list!
