Autumn is my favorite season of all… finally, relief from all of those hot disgusting summer days! Pants and sweaters, hoodies and nice breezes… less humidity! It’s definitely a time to celebrate. Good: Basil is growing (from seed! Thanks Meagan, for the herb kit) Not so good: No parsley is growing… it died (I like basil better anyway). Also, something is munching on the basil leaves a little. On Sunday, for my birthday, my sweetheart got me some veggie seedlings, pots, and potting mix. I couldn’t be more excited! We were thinking about digging up part of the yard to make a “real” garden, but evidently that is a LOT of work… you have to get rid of the grass, till the soil…
