Paleo Beef and Cabbage Bowl Recipe - Easy Weeknight Dinner


  • 1½ Lb ground beef
  • ½ Cabbage shredded
  • ½ Red cabbage shredded
  • 2 Avocados sliced
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced


  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and add the oil, garlic, ground beef, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  2. Cook the ground beef for 5 minutes or until it has browned.
  3. Fill bowls with cabbage, then top with ground beef, parsley, and avocado.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

While cooking the ground beef, add chopped tomatoes and oregano for an Italian twist.
