Ingredients
Spinach
Kale
Watercress
Collard Greens
Turnip Greens
Beet Greens
Carrot Tops
Bok Choy
Chinese Cabbage
Broccoli or broccoli stems
leavesCelery or ends
Any other edible greens you have on hand or have access to!
Instructions
Wash your greens in water with a splash of vinegar.
Lay on a towel to dry a bit.
Fill your dehydrator with the greens.
Dehydrate at around 100-115 degrees Fahrenheit for 24-48 hours or until the thickest parts of the stems are completely brittle and will snap.
Fill your high-speed blender with the dehydrated greens.
Blend with a towel over the lid so that the powder won't escape into your kitchen.
Gently tip the green superfood powder onto a piece of waxed paper. Tap the blender's sides and lid with the handle of a spatula to release more powder.
Use the waxed paper to slide the powder into a jar for storage.
